Roman Chamomile and Blue Chamomile essential oils have very similar properties despite coming from different plants. Chamomile Blue is the more potent of the two varieties, with a more powerful, herbaceous aroma. It is also known as German Chamomile.
A very popular oil in aromatherapy and massage, Organic Chamomile Blue is recognised for its soothing and relaxing scent. It blends well with other essential oils and is ideal for diffusing. It is often used in products for children thanks to its calming properties.
Organic Chamomile Blue is often used in skincare preparations, again thanks to its soothing properties. You can use it to delicately fragrance your homemade products and massage oil blends and use it for its therapeutic properties.
Certified cruelty free, organic and vegan friendly.
Dilute at a percentage of 1% of the finished blend, 1ml of essential oil (approx. 20 drops) to 100ml of carrier oil. Do not use undiluted on the skin. You can use up to 3% dilution for use on your body or in the bath. Consult your doctor or midwife before using during pregnancy.
Add Organic Chamomile Blue to your diffuser and immerse yourself in the calming scent, a perfect way to unwind before bed.
Organic Chamomile Blue can be used to create massage oil blends by combining with other essential oils and a carrier oil. We love Sweet Almond (#215) or Apricot Kernel (#204) as a base for massage.
