Your Rating

Dilution

Dilute at a percentage of 1% of the finished blend, typically 20 drops or 1ml of essential oil to 100ml of carrier oil. Do not use undiluted on the skin. You can use up to 3% dilution for use on your body or in the bath. Consult your doctor or midwife before using during pregnancy.

Aromatherapy

Add a few drops to your oil burner or diffuser and enjoy the invigorating and refreshing aromas.

Massage

Create your own massage blend by adding essential oils to a carrier oil. We recommend Sweet Almond #215, Grapeseed #210 or Coconut Oil #203

Skincare

Citrus oils are good for oily skin. Create your own simple facial toner by adding a few drops of your chosen essential oils to Witch Hazel #702, just remember to shake before use. You can mix any of the essentials with your choice of carrier oil to make your own simple face or body oil (remember to use the correct dilution).

Beauty Hack

Add a couple of drops to your shampoo or conditioner for a zesty boost!

Green Cleaning

Essential Oils have really useful benefits for green, eco-friendly cleaning. Make your own cleaning products by combining essential oils with popular household cleaning products like white vinegar, sodium bicarbonate and liquid castile soap.
