Spearmint is popular in aromatherapy, as a milder alternative to Peppermint. It has that fresh, recognisable sweet, minty fragrance but is far less penetrating that Peppermint. Organic Spearmint is used for its energising and revitalising scent, said to help uplift your mood. Spearmint Oil is super versatile, it blends well with many other essential oils and brings a refreshing top note to essential oil blends.
Organic Spearmint is a good oil to use in skincare. Reviving and balancing in nature, it is ideal for those with oily skin. It makes a useful ingredient in your homemade skincare formulations, particularly cleansers, toners, lip balms, foot scrubs and many more.

Dilute at a percentage of 1% of the finished blend, 1ml of essential oil (approx. 20 drops) to 100ml of carrier oil. Consult your doctor or midwife before using during pregnancy.
