Tea Tree is extracted by steam distilling the leaves and twigs of the Melaleuca Alternifolia plant.
Spicy and camphoraceous odour. Characteristic fresh, medicinal, clean, herbaceous, earthy and woody with a top note.

Dilute at a percentage of 1% of the finished blend, 1ml of essential oil to 100ml of carrier oil. Do not use undiluted on the skin. You can use up to 3% dilution for use on your body or in the bath. Consult your doctor or midwife before using during pregnancy.

This multitasker from down under is famous for its cleaning powers, you can use it in virtually any cleaning task from floors, toilets, sinks, to kitchen surfaces to laundry. Add 20 drops to a bucket of hot soapy water for floor mopping. Combine 10 drops with a cup of Sodium Bicarbonate (#504) and pour down the toilet for a sparkly clean loo.
Why not try making your own hot oil treatment for your hair? Add a few drops of Tea Tree Oil to carrier oil of your choice and warm slightly, making sure it’s not too hot. Massage in to your scalp and hair, from root to tip, cover with a towel and leave for around thirty minutes. Shampoo and condition as normal.
