Dilution

Dilute at a percentage of 1% of the finished blend, typically 20 drops or 1ml of essential oil to 100ml of carrier oil. Do not use undiluted on the skin. You can use up to 3% dilution for use on your body or in the bath. Consult your doctor or midwife before using during pregnancy.

Skincare

A very useful oil to have around the house. Can be used in your homemade beauty formulations like creams, balms, lotions, cleansers, toners and many more.

Massage

Use in a massage blend with a carrier oil and your favourite essential oils, to enjoy the soothing yet invigorating benefits of Tea Tree Essential Oil. We recommend Sweet Almond (#215), Grapeseed (#210) or Coconut Oil (#203).

Aromatherapy

Add a few drops to your diffuser or oil burner and immerse yourself in the calming yet uplifting aroma of Tea Tree Oil.

Haircare

Add a few drops to your shampoo for a cleansing and balancing boost.

Green Cleaning

This multitasker from down under is famous for its cleaning powers, you can use it in virtually any cleaning task from floors, toilets, sinks, to kitchen surfaces to laundry. Add 20 drops to a bucket of hot soapy water for floor mopping. Combine 10 drops with a cup of Sodium Bicarbonate (#504) and pour down the toilet for a sparkly clean loo.

Beauty Hack

Why not try making your own hot oil treatment for your hair? Add a few drops of Tea Tree Oil to carrier oil of your choice and warm slightly, making sure it’s not too hot. Massage in to your scalp and hair, from root to tip, cover with a towel and leave for around thirty minutes. Shampoo and condition as normal.

As with any new product always conduct a patch test before first use.
